He is an Architect by profession and a member of Uganda Society of Architects. He is also specialised in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for Buildings. 

Ceaser Completed Master of Architecture degree from University of Witwatersrand, South Africa with his thesis;‘Opportunities and Challenges for distributed generation with rooftop Photovoltaic for Uganda: A case study of Crusader House, Kampala.’

He also completed BSc. Building Design and Technology, Training in Planning

and Management of Sustainable Cities in India and Prince 2 Foundation course. Soon completing his second Master of Business Administration degree in India. Over the last years he has gained extensive experience with Architectural practice, project management, research, administration and Academia (Sustainable Buildings, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for buildings).

It’s on this background that C4D which means “Concepts for Development” is founded targeting diffusion of innovativeness in the built environment while keeping in mind of the sustainability principles and the 17 sustainable development goals, a focus on goal no.11 and no. 7.

Allan Poosi is an Economist and an accountant. He is also a director of C4D INTERNATIONAL LIMITED spear heading the finance department.

Allan completed his Master of Commerce degree, specialised in Accounting and Auditing from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India. Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced accounting and Auditing), Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India. A certificate in Management Strategies for People and Resources.After University, Allan has gained vast experience as an Accountant and Education Consultant.

He is a University representative for abroad studies for several Universities in India,Asia, Mauritius and across the globe. Allan has special interest in financial and managerial skills
