Quality assurance and client satisfaction during design and construction supervision stages is paramount. Quality shall always be ensured, especially when output-based project management is applied to any given assignment. Managing stages and respective outputs, risks management and review of each deliverable before it is submitted to the Client are key elements to ensuring quality.
